Zell Am See Ski Resort

Beautiful pistes sweeping their way down a plethora of trees, suggestive of the mountains in Colorado, is what you get when you holiday in Zell am See. A flat piece of land that protrudes into a lake, with tan buildings protecting, and preserving the 13th century church of St. Hippolyt, and the city tower Vogtturm is the landscape of the land. Someone could easily get lost walking through this classical village, with its many winding roads, taking in the beautiful sights of a well preserved town that is reminiscent of a time long past. Zell is part of the Europa Sports Region, a land that flourishes in winter activities, and sports. The Europa Sports Region is one of the first resorts in Austria dating back to 1893.
